Surrounding the inner pot is a 3.1L water reservoir or "moat" with six water spikes (2.8cm deep). These spikes ensure water and liquid feed are delivered slowly and directly to the roots. This promotes better absorption, minimises wastage, and supports stronger, more resilient plants. Depending on soil type and weather, the reservoir typically drains over 3 to 6 hours.

The built-in cane support system is what makes the Plant Halo truly unique. With three anchor slots surrounding the planting area, you can insert bamboo canes (not included) to create a rigid, wind-resistant structure. For even more stability, the included cane grip cap lets you securely join canes together at the top, forming a strong tepee-style support. It clips easily onto the canes and separates from the main unit when needed.
